This September the WEAR Sustain consortium joined the EC and sister projects VERTIGO STARTS and STARTS Prize, at the Ars Electronica Festival 2017 for a roundtable discussion on the future developments of the STARTS initiative.
STARTS (Science, Technology and the ARTS) is run by the European Commission to encourage synergies and cooperation between the arts and industry, and support innovation for technology and society by promoting the inclusion of artists in Horizon 2020 projects.
WEAR Sustain represents one of three STARTS core projects, funded by the 2016 Horizon 2020 Innovation Action ICT Research and Innovation programme, and forms the first STARTS PROTOTYPING project within the STARTS framework.
A new STARTS website is currently under development. Read more about the STARTS vision at http://www.starts.eu/
